Hazel Robson
Hazel has competed at an international level in Athletics since she made her international debut at the 1998 World Championships in Birmingham, UK, where she won a 400m silver medal in the T36 400m and a bronze in the T36 100m.

She cites her greatest sporting achievement as the gold medal that she won when making her Paralympic debut in 2000 in Sydney.
Four years later in Athens she was a double silver medallist and she produced another successful performance to win bronze in both the T36 100m and 200m events in Beijing, where she competed under her married name of Simpson.
At London 2012, Hazel reached the final of both of her events, narrowly missing out on a medal in the T36 200m where she finished 4th.
Prior to competing in Athletics, Hazel also used to enjoy Swimming and horse riding.
Hazel has cerebral palsy.
