Natalie has represented ParalympicsGB at four consecutive Paralympic Games.

Natalie was first introduced to the sport by her teacher at school when she was 10 years old. She has now been competing at international level for 11 years, training at Manchester HPC.

Among her greatest achievements in Paralympic competition is her gold medal winning performance in the 200m Individual Medley (SM6) at the 2004 Athens Paralympic Games.

At London 2012, Natalie won the fifth Paralympic medal of her Swimming career, claiming bronze in the 200m Individual Medley (SM6) with a season's best time of 3:14.29.

Her husband Rik Waddon represented ParalympicsGB in Cycling at London 2012. They married in 2010.
