At the 2012 IPC Athletics European Championships in Stadskanaal, Holland, Olivia won two bronze medals in the T38 100m and 200m.
On her Paralympic debut for ParalympicsGB, Olivia qualified for the final of both of her individual events, finishing 5th in the T38 100m and 8th in the T38 200m.
She also earned her first Paralympic medal as part of the women's T35/38 4x100m relay with Jenny McLoughlin, Katrina Hart and Bethy Woodward. Olivia got the quartet off to a strong start, helping them to secure the bronze medal behind Russia and China with a time of 56.08.
At the end of 2012, Olivia was shortlisted for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year.
