Throughout her sporting career, Tracey has won three silver and three bronze medals at Paralympic level.
Just prior to the home Games, UKA announced that Tracey would share captaincy of ParalympicsGB's athletics teams at London 2012 with her team-mate Stephen Miller.

At London 2012, Tracey recorded season's best times in both the T11 100m and 200m.
