The British Paralympic Association (BPA) today unveiled their London 2012 Paralympic Games Review publication, which has been produced with the support of London 2012 partner BT.

The Review, called ‘Talent, Pride, Determination’ after the ParalympicsGB team’s values, provides a synopsis of the British team’s performance at London 2012 and sport-by-sport reviews as well as including a full list of results from the Paralympic Games.

Tim Hollingsworth, Chief Executive of the British Paralympic Association, said:

“The BPA’s 2012 Games Review is a stunning publication and a fitting tribute to an unforgettable summer for ParalympicsGB.

“The Review is partly practical, summarising the achievements of the sports and the wider team. We do it after every Games but, for London, we wanted to do something even bigger and better and thanks to BT we have been able to produce a Review that is as world-class as our team. We are delighted to be sending the Review to all athletes and accredited team-members as an unique memory of their involvement in the British team and how they helped to make the nation proud.”

The Review has been supported by BT, the official communications services partner for the London 2012 Games, and the first company to sign up to support the BPA for the next four years to Rio in 2016.
Suzi Williams, BT Group Marketing & Brand director, said: “We have just experienced the most successful Paralympic Games in history, watching incredible athletes doing superhuman things. And beyond sport, the Paralympics has brought about a real societal shift. BT is proud to have been at the heart of this and we now look forward to helping the BPA build momentum as the team prepares for Rio 2016.”

An electronic version of the Review will be available to download from the BPA website shortly.

The sports sections for the Review were written by Cathy Wood and the Review has been published by Wiley, who published a number of books for London 2012.
