Road to Beijing
To mark the year to go until the Beijing Games in September 2008, we’ve created an online virtual fundraising map representing the incredible journey our athletes will take in the run up to Beijing.
The idea is simple. Get behind our ParalympicsGB Team, complete a mile of your choice, collect sponsorship and get yourself on the map. The more miles completed, the closer we get to Beijing.
So to get on the map, all you have to do is run, swim, row or even hop, skip and jump a mile and ask a few friends and family to give you a couple of pounds in sponsorship. You can have miles of fun along the way and be safe in the knowledge that you have given our top disabled athletes the chance to fulfil their dreams on the biggest stage ever.
