Bio

Corrine began cycling at the age of 13 and quickly earned a place on the British Cycling talent team.

During her final year of university she was invited to try out as a tandem pilot and paired up with Lora Fachie in March 2013.

Corrine and Lora enjoyed immediate success, becoming time-trial world champions and winning a silver medal at the 2013 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships, in Baie-Comeau, Canada, just months after being put together.

They enjoyed more success at the 2014 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships, Greenville, USA, twelve months later, this time taking gold in the tandem B road race and bronze in the time-trial.

Although the pair were unable to medal at the World Championships in 2015, they won three gold medals at World Cup level, and started the Paralympic year in fine form, picking up a bronze at the 2016 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in the tandem B pursuit and winning two silver medals at the Belgium road world cup.

They carried this form into the Paralympics, winning gold and breaking the world record in the tandem pursuit on the track and picking up a bronze medal in the time trial on the road.

A change of partner for 2017 saw Corrine team up with Sophie Thornhill for the 2017 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships - a move that paid dividends for the duo as they won three world titles, taking gold in the tandem pursuit, kilo and sprint.

She teamed up with Lora Fachie again at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, where they found themselves back on the podium on the world stage once again - winning silver in the time trial.

Together again at the 2018 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Corrine retained her individual pursuit world title - this time as pilot for Lora Fachie. The gold medal was the duo’s first-ever on the track as a pair

The duo then won two more medals at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in August in Italy, picking up silver medals in both the time trial and the road races.

At Tokyo 2020 Corrine won gold and broke the world record piloting Lora Fachie in the Women’s 3000m Individual Pursuit. The duo also won silver in the Road Time Trial B. They finished fifth in the Road Race B and fourth in the 1000m Time Trial B.
