Backing Britain on the global stage: Sky becomes an official partner of ParalympicsGB and Team GB

Sky today announces a new partnership with Team GB and ParalympicsGB, reinforcing its commitment to British sport, and bringing the country together around significant cultural moments, inspiring stories and achievements that matter most.

The partnership will run from the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 through to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Los Angeles 2028, supporting athletes across the full Olympic and Paralympic cycle.

Sky will play a central role in connecting audiences across the UK to the athletes,

celebrating their achievements, challenges and breakthroughs along the road to the world’s biggest sporting stage. By leveraging the power sport has to create shared experiences, Sky will bring communities together to back the best of Britain.

United by a belief in better, Sky, Team GB and ParalympicsGB share an ambition to push boundaries, champion progress, and inspire the next generation of British athletes.

This is part of Sky’s long-term commitment to supporting the growth of sport in the UK, including their position as the biggest investors in women’s sport in the country.

Sky has a long-standing track record of investment in UK sport, with Sky Sports contributing around £18 billion to the sector over the past decade. In 2024 alone, this investment helped underpin more than £10 million of economic activity each day, alongside hundreds of millions of pounds supporting the long-term development of grassroots sport across the UK and Ireland.

Looking ahead, Sky’s ambition is to bring millions more people from all parts of society closer to sport and its benefits. Partnering with Team GB and ParalympicsGB represents a significant step forward in delivering that goal.
