About you
Working both remotely, at the British Paralympic Association headquarters in central London and the ‘performance hub’ on campus at Loughborough University, you will be working in a small but effective team to deliver against the BPA’s Games Services Strategy.
The Games Services Manager role is designed to support all aspects of qualification, selection, accreditation and data management for each Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Sport and line managing the Games Services Officer, you will manage the exciting build of our new Team Data platform where every athlete, staff member and guest will have access to this platform to submit mandatory accreditation information.
The Games Services Manager will also support aspects of Team Development, including two Team Development Programme workshops hosted at Loughborough University with 100+ ParalympicsGB staff members and Team Leaders in attendance.
You should be passionate about Paralympic sport and enjoy working within a high performing team. You will have the skillset needed to prioritise and deliver a number of key areas of work for the ParalympicsGB team.
The successful candidate will be supported every step of the way on their journey with the BPA. We are committed to giving people a positive Team experience and are committed to helping all our staff develop their skills and reach their full potential.

We have just launched our new 10-year strategy: Championing Change, 2022-2032. You will therefore commit to our three values:
Excellence – Everything we do reflects our ambition to be world leading. We care deeply about what we do and bring a flexible approach to our interactions with others. Like the athletes we support, we will always challenge ourselves and others to do better.
Respect – Our relationships with each other, our partners and the wider community are based on respect, trust and a deep-seated belief in diversity, inclusion and the value of our differences.
