We are the British Paralympic Association (BPA). As the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) for Great Britain, it is our responsibility to select, prepare, enter, fund and manage the ParalympicsGB team at the Paralympic Games. We also have a strong strategic objective to use the successes and the stories of Paralympian athletes to inspire wider societal change.

Working both remotely, at the British Paralympic Association headquarters in central London and the ‘performance hub’ on campus at Loughborough University, you will be working in a small but effective team to deliver against the BPA’s Games Services Strategy and Team Development Strategy.

The Games Services Officer is designed to support all aspects of qualification, selection and accreditation for each Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Games Services Manager, you will support the exciting build of our new Team Data platform where every athlete, staff member and guest will have access to this platform to submit mandatory accreditation information.

The Games Services Officer will also support all aspects of Team Development, including two Team Development Programme workshops hosted at Loughborough University with 100+ ParalympicsGB staff members and Team Leaders in attendance.

You should be passionate about Paralympic sport and enjoy working within a high performing team. You will have the skillset needed to prioritise and deliver a number of key areas of work for the ParalympicsGB team.
